MARISA KRUGER

Marisa Kruger is a seasoned investment banker with over 14 years of transaction experience in M&A. She has performed both sell-side and buy-side advisory. Marisa has executed numerous restructuring projects, for midsized companies, private equity firms as well as multinational groups. During her career she has acquired a broad range of industry experience, including capital goods, consumer goods, retail, leisure, steel, machinery, infrastructure, and asset management. The value of the transactions she advised on totals more than $ 2.3 billion.

Marisa holds a Degree in Mathematics, with a minor in economics.  She is also a certified management and communication trainer
