Jeffrey Brown is an experienced investment banker having completed nearly 60 transactions totaling over $7 Billion and having worked on a broad range of public and private financing and M&A advisory assignments across the world. He has advised a variety of clients - from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. His industry experience covers Technology, Consumer Products, Chemicals, Transportation, Telecom, Retailing, and Energy.

Jeffrey also has extensive experience in interviewing, recruiting, training and staffing analysts and associates at the investment banks he has worked with.

He holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and a B.S. in Economics

Selected banking experience:

  • Completed $375 million dividend recapitalization of a leading US furniture manufacturer
  • Acted as sole placement agent for $185 million debt offering for a leading French processed vegetables company
  • Managed $420 million initial public offering for an American food production and distribution company
  • Lead-managed $160 million follow-on equity offering for a media equipment manufacturer. Also advised on financial and strategic alternatives including recapitalization, spin-off and divestitures. Executed tender offer and recapitalization of around $300 million of high-yield debt
  • Managed a $280 million equity offering and a $235 million follow-on equity offering for a leading provider of on-demand software for the U.S. auto industry
  • Managed a $210 million high-yield offering for an Indonesian supplier of petrochemicals
